1)For a single session, click on the desired session botton.

2)After clicking on the session button, you will be directed to the calendar. Create an account by clicking “Sign up” in the upper right corner.

4) Once logged in, click the day and time that works for you.

3) Fill in information and agree to terms.

4) Make payment if needed or appointment will confirm without making payment.

5) You will receive an email conformations and a text reminder of upcoming appointment.

How to book one or multiple sessions with a 4 or 10 session pass?

2) Once signed up, click on the pass and pay for pass.

3) Receive an email discount code.

4) On this web page click All offerings button on the upper right corner. You will be directed to select appointment type. Once selected, click the day and time that works for you.

5)Fill in information and Agree to terms.

    Sometimes one session is all it takes for clients to receive the practice they need. Sometimes people enjoy the continued support. How many times you come back really depends on how much support you want. I recommend at lest 10 classes to gain the confidence and understanding in your practice.

    It is recommended that you have a follow up session with this mode of care. The first session is often giving ideas and adjustment. The second we see what works, what stuck and what didn’t. The third we fine tune and dive into what a healthy regular diet and life style is now that you are more balanced. The fourth is to make sure this life time plan is working for you. Meating once a month for four month is the best way to guarantee success on your journey.

  • You can expect a tailored experience. Private yoga classes are for those who seek specific help you wont and can’t get in a group class setting.

    The classes are tailored to your needs. I will offer tools such as postures, kriyas, breath work, meditation, healing and relaxation based on what you ask to improve.

    If you can not walk no problem, can not sit up no problem, want to build strength, no problem, feel to old or too yong, to stressed, no problem, Yoga is for everyone and I can show you.

  • When you sign up, you will receive a short questionnaire. You can choose to answer it or skip it.

    When we meet we will sit and I will read your pulse before asking any questions. To read the pulse we sit in a comfortable position and I place three fingers on the inside of the wrist for 2 min or less.

    After reading the pulse I will tell you physical symptoms that you might be experiencing based on the pulse reading.

    Then we dive into prakriti, where you learn your specific dosha balance.

    Following this we deep dive into questions about food, sleep, waking, exercising, interpersonal relationships, urination, defecation, sexual drive, and mensuration to pinpoint the root cause of symptoms and imbalance.

    In the end, I give you foods, herbs, meditation, yoga, breathwork, or lifestyle changes to being back balance.

    In two days you will receive an email follow up with the specific instructions given. Links to herbal supplements. Link to yoga exercises. Along with a link to send a donation.
