Ayurvedic Wellness Check in

Location varies from spaces I rent, to library meeting room, to meeting in a personal home.

What you recieve:

  • Naadi Vigian, dosha balance in the body.

  • Assessment of Prakriti, your personal dosha balance and body type.

  • 1 hr consultation were we discuss, food, sleep, waking, exercise, elimination, and environment to discover the root cause of issue.

  • Procedures, foods, herbs, exercise, yoga, meditation, action to take to correct the imbalance.

Add on:

For one additional payment of $100 you can receive a personalized portal. The portal remains active for one year.

The portal contains your prakriti assessment and your specific protocols which may include recommendations for: foods, digestion, absorption, 1 week grocery list and recipes, links to herbal formulas, aroma therapy, sleeping and waking, environmental changes, meditation and exercise.

What is included depends on your specific protocols required to bring balance to the doshas.

How to book one or multiple sessions with a 4 or 10 session pass?

1) Click session pass. You will be directed to the calendar. Be sure to Sign up.

2) Once signed up, click on the pass and pay for pass.

3) Receive an email discount code.

4) Click on desired sessions above or all offerings button in the upper right corner or scroll down to select appointment type. Once selected, click the day and time that works for you. You can book multiple session at once. You can add a private portal.

  • A one‑on‑one yoga session offers a fully personalized practice designed around your needs. Sessions often begin with grounding, then movement, followed by breathwork and meditation, and conclude with deep relaxation.

    Everything is tailored to your body, your pace, and your goals. There is no pressure and no judgment — you are encouraged to rest whenever needed and to move in a way that feels supportive.

    Private sessions allow you to develop a meaningful practice in the comfort of your own home. From being in a wheel chair to doing cart wheels yoga is for everyone and I am here to show you the way.

  • More and more western medicine is suggesting to people that yoga and meditation help with many health issues.

    A private class allows you to ask questions. Get specific needs met for your health condition and needs. Jumping into a community class is a great option, and so is spending time with a professional trained in integrative health. With the ability to accommodate injury, health concerns and needs.

  • Two of the most advanced yoga poses are laying down and sitting. No, you do not need to be flexible to do yoga. You do not need special cloths. You do not even need a yoga mat. You need to show up for yourself.

  • Appointments last about one hour.

    During the session, I assess the dosha balance using Nadi Vigyan, the traditional pulse assessment performed by placing three fingers on the wrist. This portion takes about two minutes or less.

    From there, we move into a conversation about your medical history, lifestyle habits, diet, sleep, elimination, and other patterns that help identify the root cause of any doshic imbalance.

    The following day, you will receive a follow‑up email with a brief overview of the main focus areas.

    A minimum of three follow‑up appointments is recommended. As protocols and suggestions begin to create shifts, it is important to track those changes and make adjustments as needed to support continued progress.

  • Often in the first appointment, the recommendations are short‑term in nature — such as specific foods, simple lifestyle shifts, or brief oil applications. These initial steps help stimulate change and support balance in the physiology.

    Once that short‑term phase is complete, it is important to follow up and receive the next set of instructions. This may include a dosha‑specific diet, a new approach if the concern is still present, or guidance on long‑term habits if the issue has resolved.

    By the third appointment, most people experience noticeable improvement and are ready to move into the long‑term practices of health: maintaining a balanced dosha‑appropriate diet, reducing the need for herbs or supplements, and establishing morning and evening routines that support mental and emotional well‑being.

  • The $100 package is designed for clients who are committed to their health journey and want deeper, personalized guidance.

    The standard follow‑up email provides a brief summary of what we discussed in your appointment. It does not include detailed instructions. For example, the summary may say “follow a dosha‑specific diet,” but you would be left to research what that means on your own or relay on notes taken during the meeting.

    The added package gives you a fully personalized plan based on your unique constitution, lifestyle, and goals. This may include:

    • Specific foods recommended for your dosha and daily routine

    • Foods to minimize or avoid

    • Lifestyle practices tailored to your schedule

    • Guidance on how to implement changes in a realistic, supportive way

    • Video instructions for specific oil applications and the preparation of herbal teas
