Naadi Vigian, dosha balance in the body.
Assessment of Prakriti, your personal dosha balance and body type.
1 hr consultation were we discuss, food, sleep, waking, exercise, elimination, and environment to discover the root cause of issue.
Procedures, foods, herbs, exercise, yoga, meditation, action to take to correct the imbalance.
Add on:
For one additional payment of $100 you can receive a personalized portal. The portal remains active for one year.
The portal contains your prakriti assessment and your specific protocols which may include recommendations for: foods, digestion, absorption, 1 week grocery list and recipes, links to herbal formulas, aroma therapy, sleeping and waking, environmental changes, meditation and exercise.
What is included depends on your specific protocols required to bring balance to the doshas.

In a consultation I do not diagnose disease or treat diseases. The science of ayurveda is to bring the doshas, back into balance. When the doshas are balanced one can experience health.

You can expect a tailored experience. Private yoga classes are for those who seek specific help you wont and can’t get in a group class setting.
The classes are tailored to your needs. I will offer tools such as postures, kriyas, breath work, meditation, healing and relaxation based on what you ask to improve.
If you can not walk no problem, can not sit up no problem, want to build strength, no problem, feel to old or too yong, to stressed, no problem, Yoga is for everyone and I can show you.

After booking an appointment you will receive confirmation emails and email reminders.
Appoints last about 1 hour.
During the appointment, I will asses the doash balance based on the pulse by placing three fingers on the wrist. This is called Nadi Vigyan. This takes about 2 min or less.
Than I ask some questions and we discuss medical history, life habbits, foods, sleep, elimination and more to find the root cause of the dosha imbalance.
At the end I provide a list of recommendations to correct the imbalance. It is advised to either take notes, or purchase a private portal to reference back to as needed.
The following day you will receive a follow up email with a brief overview on the main focus.
It is recommended to schedule a follow up appointment with in 30 days.

Often when meeting for the first time, there are specific instructions that are short term in nature. Such as eating specific foods, or oil treatment for a short amount of time. This helps stimulate change and balance in the physiology.
After that time has ended, it is important to follow up and receive the next instruction such as dosha specific diet. Or If the issue still persist, the applying a new approach. If the issues is gone, learning habbits for continued health.
In the third meeting, generally most people experience a large improvement and are now ready to dive into the life long practices of health such as, eating a balanced dosha diet, not needing herbs or supplements, morning and evening routines for optimal mental health.
