You can find countless classes on how to strengthen your shoulders or balance on your head, yet it is rare to encounter a space devoted to the subtle, esoteric teachings of how your mind truly functions—and how to guide it with skill, devotion, and awareness.
In this offering, we will explore the gunas as expressions of the positive, negative, and neutral mind. Experience mantra, meditations, kriyas, and breath practices that take you beyond the mind. We will also weave in Ayurvedic lifestyle wisdom—foods, herbs, and daily rhythms—to nourish and stabilize the mind from the inside out.

This is an introduction series is geared for anyone who is kundalini curious.
Come learn and explore kriyas, mantra meditation, mudras, and deep relaxation in a safe and welcoming environment.
From 5:00 - 5:30pm doors are open to everyone. Come for free, get to know the teacher, ask questions about kundalini yoga. Paid class starts at 5:30 and goes till 7pm.
The topics covered in this series are the foundation of Kundalini Yoga. Each week builds on the previous. In the first class we will touch on awareness—what it is, what it means, and how the practice of Kundalini awakens it. In the second class we introduce the spine: kriyas to maintain a healthy spine and the esoteric importance of the spine. In the third class we scrape the surface of the mind and how the practice of Kundalini Yoga influences it. In the fourth class we dive deeper into the mind with mantra meditation, and in the last class even deeper into the mind with breathwork.
Over the course of the 40 days you well be supported in a 11 min, 40 day practice.

What is the difference between events, trainings and classes?
Events are offered once in a while to pamper you, to help you renew and connect with the natural rhythm of life. Often are apart of a larger gathering. Geared for everyone. They often are hosted with more than one guide.
Trainings are offered regularly. They provide a combination of lecture, discussion, kriyas, breathwork, and meditation. They are geared towards teachers or people wishing to experience and learn the deeper science and technology behind the teachings Yoga. The teachings of Swastha, the Self. Often workshops are CEU certified with Yoga Alliance.
Classes are offered weekly. Donation Based. Open to everyone. You will experience kriyas, pranayama, meditation, and relaxation.
In general events and training are non-refundable. This is not just for our benefit, this is to help you build character that is rooted in commitment and following through. If a life changing event such as sickness, death or hospitalization prevents attendance, feel free to inquire about a re-fund.

Vinyasa Yoga
Come experience classic asana, pranayama, and deep relaxation. These classes are designed for everyone. Vinyasa yoga is known to ease aches and pains in the body, calm the mind, and reverse aging.
This class emphasizes movement of the body. You should be able to stand up and move from the floor to standing.
Kundalini Yoga
Come experience kriyas, pranayama, mediation, and deep relaxation. These classes focus on awakening your inner guide and releasing pain and tension.
This class emphasizes meditation and breathwork. Some movement of the body. Anyone can attend this class regardless of physical ability.
Wellness Group
Join us once a month to share triumphs and struggles around maintaining a healthy lifestyle. This group is here to help hold you accountable on your journey to a better life.
We start with a group meditation. Then a question. Each person takes a turn discussing their experience and the group listens offering console and support. Creating a group of support and accountability.
