Solstice Community Gathering

at Dance Ally in Gig Harbor

Saturday, Jun 20th

6:00 - 8:00pm

This gathering is a joint offering with The Music Box & Awaken Self-Care. Dian Gnegy is leading sound healing and Shabadrang is leading breath & meditation.

Step into the radiance of the longest day of the year and reconnect with your inner momentum.

This Summer Solstice gathering invites us all to awaken our inner power through breath and focused awareness, stoking the inner fire that fuels clarity, courage, and forward movement. From this breath‑based activation, we shift into a group meditation, working with the sacred sound current to balance the elements and clear the path ahead.

Following this, a sound bath offers a rare moment to integrate these practices into your entire system. As the light reaches its fullest expression, the vibrational tones help the body unwind deeply, release stored tension, and open space for insight. Practicing in community amplifies the effect—shared intention creates a field of coherence that supports clarity and a profound sense of direction.

If you’ve been feeling stuck, uncertain, or unable to move toward what’s next, this Solstice gathering is designed to help you break through. Come immerse yourself in embodied breathwork, mantra meditation, and sound healing. Leave feeling lighter, clearer, and ready for your next step.
