What to it means when you have a white coding on the tongue & what to do.

Waking up to a white coding on the tongue

White coding on the tongue means digestion is not good. When we digest food the body breaks it down into two parts, usable products & waist. When food is not broken down into these two parts it instead becomes a third unrecognizable product. This third product, the enzymes and proteins used to break down food doesn’t know what to do with it. It sits in the gut until it all turns to waist. Sometimes this interferes with the gut lining, or moving through the gut membrane lining. It interferes with microbiome, hormone production and more like cramping, bloating, leeky gut, acid reflux, joint pain, head aches

It is a good idea to take note of foods: types, timing, and combination you consumed the day before when you wake up with a white coded tongue. Your tunge may also turn white in the middle of the day after eating foods that the body can not digest.
